We charge $99 for the initial 1 hour investigation. If the computer can be repaired then we will fix it within this time. If parts need to be ordered then you will have to pay for the parts and the repair time will be included in the initial 1 hour.
If you are located in Jimboomba we can organise for someone to come and pick it up from your address. Alternatively if you have urgent repairs you can drop it off to our office in Flagstone.
