Cloud-first business phone systems: AnalytiCall telephony, Microsoft Teams Phone and managed VoIP. Migration from legacy PBX, contact centre routing, call recording and CRM integration.
Cloud phone systems for Australian businesses
Most Brisbane businesses are running phone systems that are either (a) hardware PBXs from before 2015, (b) hosted VoIP services bolted on via a reseller and never properly configured, or (c) a chaotic mix of mobiles, landlines and a softphone nobody likes.
JTIT deploys two modern cloud phone systems: AnalytiCall, our sister company’s telephony platform, and Microsoft Teams Phone. We’ll tell you which is right for your stack, including when that isn’t the one we’re related to.
When AnalytiCall is the right answer
AnalytiCall makes sense when:
- You need real contact centre features (skill routing, queues, supervisor controls).
- You want call recording with retention and search.
- You’re not deep into Microsoft 365 (e.g. Google Workspace shops).
- You have specific hardware requirements (DECT, conference phones, paging).
- You want self-hosted control.
AnalytiCall runs as a hosted service. JTIT handles the deployment, porting and support.
When Teams Phone is the right answer
Teams Phone makes sense when:
- You’re already paying for Microsoft 365 Business Premium or E3/E5.
- Your team lives in Teams for chat and meetings — adding voice is a small step.
- You want one app, one identity, one license stack.
- You don’t need advanced call centre routing (or are willing to use Dynamics for that).
We handle the Teams Phone licensing, calling plan or Direct Routing setup, PSTN connectivity, and the migration of existing numbers.
What’s included in a JTIT phone deployment
- Discovery — call volume analysis, dial plan design, integration mapping.
- System build — extensions, hunt groups, IVR, voicemail, after-hours routing.
- Number porting from your existing carrier(s).
- Hardware procurement and provisioning (handsets, headsets, conference units).
- Softphone rollout to all users.
- Staff training (real, not just a PDF).
- Two-week parallel run before old system decommission.
- Documentation (everything — admin credentials, call flows, integrations).
- Ongoing administration as part of JTIT managed services.
