What we build on, and why
A short list, on purpose. Standardising on a small number of platforms means our engineers are genuinely deep in each one, we hold spares, and a fault at your site is a fault we have already seen at someone else's.
Providers who list thirty vendor badges are describing a procurement catalogue, not expertise.
The accreditation that is not a vendor badge
JTIT PTY LTD is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by Intertek SAI Global under JAS-ANZ accreditation — certificate 0253322. Independently audited, and independently checkable.
Identity & productivity
-
Microsoft 365
Email, identity, files and collaboration for nearly every client we support. Also where most of the security configuration work happens.
How we use it -
Microsoft Intune
Device management and compliance — enrolment, encryption enforcement, application deployment and remote wipe.
How we use it
Security
-
Huntress
Managed endpoint detection and response. Chosen for the security operations team behind it rather than the sensor alone — a detection nobody reviews is not a control.
How we use it -
Acronis
Backup and recovery, including immutable copies separated from the environment they protect.
How we use it
Network & edge
-
Ubiquiti UniFi
Switching and Wi-Fi at most sites. We standardise deliberately — depth in one platform beats shallow familiarity with six, and it means we hold spares.
How we use it -
Cloudflare
DNS, edge protection and web delivery.
Service delivery
-
HaloPSA
Our service desk and ticketing platform — where your tickets live and where the client portal comes from.
-
AnalytiCall
Cloud telephony, and our sister company — a relationship we disclose before recommending it, and we regularly recommend Teams Phone instead.

On the word "partner"
Vendor marks on this page are used to state factually which platforms we run. They are not partner badges, and we have not dressed them up as certifications — a logo grid is easy to assemble and tells you almost nothing about whether a provider can actually operate the products in it.
The questions worth asking any provider are narrower: which of these do your engineers work in every day, which would you replace if you could, and what happens when one of them fails at 4pm on a Friday. We are happy to answer all three.
Want to know why we chose one of these?
Every platform on this page displaced something else, and we can tell you what and why. Thirty minutes with an engineer.
