AnalytiCall cloud telephony — CRM integration, IVR, call queues and recording — deployed and supported by JTIT, with the sister-company relationship disclosed up front.
The disclosure first
AnalytiCall is our sister company. We are telling you that before describing the product, because the alternative — recommending a related business and mentioning the relationship later, or not at all — is the thing that should make you distrust an IT provider.
What that disclosure is worth depends on whether we ever recommend against it. We do, routinely: for a business already living in Microsoft 365 with ordinary call handling requirements, Teams Phone is usually the better and simpler answer, and that describes a large share of the businesses we talk to.
If a provider’s related product turns out to be the right answer every single time, that is the signal.
Where AnalytiCall earns its place
The dividing line is whether the phone is a core business function or an incidental one.
For a business where calls are how work arrives — sales teams, service desks, dispatch, bookings, anything with a queue — call handling capability matters in a way it does not for an office where the phone rings occasionally.
That means skills-based routing rather than a simple hunt group. Queue priorities and overflow logic. Supervisor visibility into what is happening now. Reporting that answers questions about abandonment, wait times and agent load rather than reporting a monthly call count.
Those are the areas where a purpose-built telephony platform does substantially more than a general business phone system.
CRM integration
The integration most worth having is unglamorous: the person answering the phone already has the customer record open when they pick up, they can dial from the record rather than reading a number, and the call is logged automatically instead of being written up from memory later.
For a team taking twenty calls a day, that is a meaningful amount of time and a considerable improvement in what the CRM actually contains.
Which platforms integrate, and how deeply, is worth confirming against your specific CRM during scoping.
Recording, with the obligations
Call recording with defined retention and controlled access matters where a licensee, a regulator or a dispute process expects it — financial services and any business handling verbal instructions being the obvious cases.
Recording in Australia is regulated rather than freely permitted, and the requirements vary by jurisdiction. Notification, consent in some circumstances, and obligations about how recordings are stored and accessed all apply. That is worth proper advice for your situation. What we do is implement the notification, retention and access controls your obligations require — see call recording.
How it is supported
JTIT handles the design, the network preparation, the porting, the deployment and the ongoing support, through the same service desk as everything else.
That is the practical value of the relationship: one number to call when a phone problem might be a network problem, rather than a platform vendor and an IT provider each confident it is the other’s fault.
