Working at JTIT
A 15-person managed IT and cybersecurity business that has been supporting South-East Queensland since 2010. One office in Loganholme, no offshore tier-one, and engineers who talk to clients directly.
Current openings
Nothing advertised at the moment.
We would rather say that plainly than keep a permanent listing up to collect applications for roles that do not exist. When something opens, it will be on this page.
That said — in a team this size, hiring usually happens because the right person turned up rather than because a position was budgeted first. If you are good and you would want to work here, it is worth writing.

Small enough that you are not a queue position
There are 15 of us in one office. You will know everyone's name inside a month, and the person who built the thing you are working on is usually sitting nearby.
-
Real variety, genuinely
A fleet of clients across accounting, legal, medical, construction and manufacturing means the work does not repeat. You will see infrastructure, security, cloud and networking rather than one narrow slice.
-
Based in Loganholme, not the CBD
Our office is at Suite 3, 2-4 Osborne Court, Loganholme. No CBD commute, no CBD parking. Onsite work is across South-East Queensland and remote support goes Australia-wide.
The parts that suit some people and not others
Managed IT is client-facing. You will be on the phone with people who are frustrated, and being technically excellent is not sufficient — explaining something clearly to a business owner matters as much as fixing it. If that part does not appeal, this is not the right kind of IT job, and there are plenty that suit better.
A team this size also means less specialisation than a large enterprise. You will be broad rather than deep in one product, which is either the appeal or the drawback depending on what you want from your career.
We would rather you knew both of those before applying than found out in month three.
