Onsite IT support across South-East Queensland for hardware failures, cabling, server work and office fitouts — dispatched from our Loganholme office.
When onsite support is the answer
Most IT problems do not need a person in the building, and any provider telling you otherwise is selling drive time. But some genuinely do, and those tend to be the expensive ones: a server that will not post, a switch that has died and taken a floor with it, a cabling fault that only shows up under load, a new office with nothing in it yet.
Onsite support exists for that category. It is dispatched from our Loganholme office, which is a real constraint on where we can promise it — and the reason we are straightforward about our service area rather than claiming national onsite coverage we could not deliver.
What we attend for
- Hardware failure. Workstations, servers, network equipment, printers. Diagnosis, replacement and rebuild.
- Network and cabling. New runs, re-termination, patch panel work, switch and access point installation, and the intermittent faults that never reproduce over a remote session.
- Server work. Physical installs, decommissions, firmware, and anything requiring console access when the network path is the thing that is broken.
- Office fitouts and moves. The whole sequence: cabling design, comms cabinet, network build, workstation and phone deployment, and a commissioning check before your staff arrive.
- Site audits. Walking a site to document what is actually there, which is frequently different from what the last provider’s records claim.
How it works with remote support
The two are one service, not two vendors. Every issue is triaged remotely first — not to avoid attending, but because it is faster for you when the fix is remote, and because the technician who does attend arrives already knowing what they are walking into.
That triage step matters more than it sounds. A visit booked without it means a technician arriving to discover they need a part they do not have, which turns one visit into two.
Response times, stated honestly
For business-impacting faults inside our core Brisbane and Logan area we aim to attend the same business day. That is an aim shaped by the response commitments in your specific agreement, not a universal guarantee, and we would rather say so here than have you discover the distinction during an outage.
Scheduled work — fitouts, upgrades, moves — is planned in advance with a confirmed window.
What it costs
Unlimited onsite support is included in the Enterprise plan at $155 per computer per month, ex GST. On Standard, onsite attendance is quoted before the visit so you approve the cost first. Projects such as fitouts and migrations are always scoped and quoted separately from the monthly rate, on any plan.
